• Why do I need a password?

In order to keep your e-mail private you need a password to access it. You also need the same password to manage your account settings through the personal profile manager. You should not share your password with anyone. You should carefully choose a password that you can remember, but at the same time it is difficult for someone else to guess it.

 

• How do I change my password?

You can change your password through the personal profile manager.

1. Click on the Modify User button.
2. Type in your new password in the Password fields. You have to enter your new password twice to avoid typos.
3. Click on the Confirm Modify button.
