Your e-mail address is username@mydomain, where username is the name provided to you by Veltisto.net and mydomain is your domain. For example, the e-mail of user jdoe in domain mycompany.com is jdoe@mycompany.com.
To retrieve your e-mail you will need an e-mail client application that is POP3 compliant, such as Netscape, Microsoft Exchange, Eudora, and others.
Set the POP server (incoming mail server) field to mail.mydomain where mydomain is your domain. In order to access your e-mail you will have to provide your username and password. Your username is the account name we e-mail to you when we setup your account.
You can change your e-mail password through the personal profile manager. Contact us if you have forgotten your password.
You can forward your e-mail to another e-mail account.
Access your personal profile manager and click the Email button.
To enable the e-mail forwarding feature:
- In the Forward Email To field specify a valid e-mail account where all your e-mail will be automatically forwarded to.
- Click the Save Changes button.
To disable the e-mail forwarding feature:
- Clear the Forward Email To field.
- Click the Save Changes button.
You can create a vacation-reply message that is automatically sent to everyone who sends you e-mail. A vacation-reply message is sent only once a week to each sender.
Access your personal profile manager and click the Email button.
To enable the vacation-reply feature:
- Select the Vacation Reply check box.
- In the field on the right of the check box type the message you want to send while you are away.
- Click Save Changes.
To disable the vacation-reply feature:
- Diselect the Vacation Reply check box.
- Click Save Changes.
Send your e-mail alias change to support@veltisto.net. Make sure you specify your name, account number, e-mail alias(es) you would like to add/remove, and a telephone number where we can reach you in case we have questions.
